1. Requesting Data Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their personal data by contacting Memora through:

Please include sufficient information to verify your identity and locate the relevant account or memorial page.

2. Information Eligible for Deletion

Upon verification, Memora may delete:

  • Account information provided during registration

  • Contact information

  • Uploaded photos, videos, and written content

  • Memorial page content

  • User-submitted forms and associated records

3. Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. In some cases, additional time may be required if further verification is needed.

4. Data Retention Exceptions

Memora may retain certain information when required to:

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

  • Resolve disputes

  • Enforce our Terms and Conditions

  • Maintain security and fraud prevention measures

  • Fulfill legitimate business obligations

Any retained information will be stored securely and only for as long as necessary.

5. Memorial Page Deletion

When a memorial page owner requests deletion, the associated memorial page and its contents may be permanently removed from public access. Once deletion is completed, recovery may not be possible.

6. Third-Party Services

If memorial content is hosted or linked through third-party services (such as video hosting platforms, payment processors, or cloud storage providers), users may also need to contact those providers directly to request deletion of information stored on their systems.

7. Verification Requirements

To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion, Memora may require proof of ownership or identity before processing any deletion request.
