1. Digital Services and Custom Orders
Once a memorial page has been created, customized, or delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and is generally non-refundable.
This includes:
- Creation of personalized memorial pages
- QR code generation and assignment
- Content uploads and customization
- Digital memorial hosting services
- Design and setup work performed by Memora
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
- The customer was charged incorrectly.
- Memora is unable to deliver the purchased service.
- A technical issue caused by Memora prevents the memorial page from functioning and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
3. Cancellation Before Setup
Customers may request cancellation and a full refund if:
- No memorial page has been created.
- No customization work has started.
- No QR code has been generated or assigned.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before work begins.
4. Physical Products
If Memora offers printed QR plaques, markers, or other physical products, refunds or replacements may be available if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The wrong product was received.
- The product contains a manufacturing defect.
Customers must notify Memora within 7 days of receiving the item and provide supporting photographs when requested.
5. Subscription and Renewal Fees
If a memorial page includes recurring hosting or renewal fees:
- Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
- Customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation of future renewals will not affect the active period already paid for.
6. Requesting a Refund

- Order number (if applicable)
- Email address used for the purchase
- Reason for the refund request
